2018 Discovering the real meaning of EQ

We at Treetops believe that EQ is not only about Emotional Intelligence, but also about Execution Intelligence and Excellence Intelligence. This adds up to the final EQ, which is Emotional Quality. We believe that we need all these to realise Madiba’s dream, and that is ‘For South Africa to be the jewel in the crown of the world”.

BREAKING NEWS! TREETOPS APPOINTED ON DPSA PANEL

The South African Government is aware and appreciates that if departments want to deliver on their mandate, the selection and development of Executive and Senior Managers are crucial.

To this end, the DPSA appointed a Panel of expert Service Providers. The aim of this Panel is to conduct Assessment and Development Centres. The information and feedback to individuals and departments can then be utilised to maximise their Leadership Talents and Growth.

We at Treetops are honoured and proud to have been selected on the Panel for the next 4 years. We are part of an exclusive group of professionals. Our aim is to become the ‘Benchmark Consultancy Firm’ in this intervention. We appreciate that our task is important and that we will only succeed if we execute it with professionalism and integrity. We at Treetops will once again strive to give substance to the term partner.

We are well-represented in Gauteng, Western Cape, Mpumalanga and Kwa-Zulu Natal, but still open to form partnerships with experienced psychologists and psychometrists in the rest of the provinces. If you are interested (and preferably already CPP Accredited), we look forward to receiving your CV.

We at Treetops are proud to announce that our 2-day programme “Coaching for Performance Excellence” has been accredited by the SABPP. This highly interactive 2 or 3-day programme is specifically targeted towards Supervisors and Managers and aimed to equip them to fulfil the basic and fundamental role of coaching their team members.

We at Treetops have been actively involved in the field of Diversity Management since 1985. We have a wealth of experience and believe that misunderstanding; communication gaps; polarisation and stereotyping mostly, are at the heart of performance issues.

Our programme is aimed at ‘bridging the performance gap’ by not only creating greater diversity awareness, but by also equipping individuals with fundamental interpersonal skills, thus enhancing their “Emotional and Social intelligence”.
